- Approval
- This appears in the status column of the Existing Sales Orders screen. It means that the order has been placed but that it is currently awaiting approval by Start-rite before it can be processed. Contact Start-rite Customer Service for more information.
- Back to lines
- This option takes the user back to the styles they have ordered.
- Complete
- This appears in the status column of the Existing Sales Orders screen. It means that the order has been processed by Start-rite and has been despatched to the retailer.
- Continuity
- This appears in the product status column on the Product Look-up screen against styles which have continued from the previous season.
- Customer reference
- When creating an order, this box allows a user to enter their own order number or reference if they wish.
- Due date
- This refers to the date when the order was placed. It is not the delivery date to the retailer.
- Keyword
- Users can search for styles by entering a style name in the keyword box on the Product Look-up screen.
- Line
- A line is a product style.
- New
- This appears in the product status column on the Product Look-up screen against styles which are new for the current season.
- No bal booked
- This appears in the product status column against styles for which there will be no future stock once the pairage shown on the system has been sold.
- Pending
- This appears in the status column of the Existing Sales Orders screen. It means that the order is ready to be sent to Start-rite but that the user has not yet confirmed that the order is complete. To do this the user should go back to the order and complete the Final Details and Confirm Order sections.
- Position at
- If a search brings up a number of items to be displayed over several pages the user can jump to the appropriate page by entering a style number or estimated page number in this box on the Stock Search Summary screen.
- Product group
- On the Stock Search Summary screen, styles can be selected by groups eg Junior Girls Shoes.
- Select none
- When ordering, this option can be used to deselect all product lines which have been selected so far.
- The free to sell quantity may not be exceeded
- This message appears if a user tries to order more stock than is available on a style for which there will be no future stock.
- UOM
- This means 'Unit of Measurement', and will always show as 'Pair'.
